I recorded Generation Kill, which was a 7 episode mini-series on HBO in July and August, because it was David Simon's project. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the gritty war drama of it.
I just finished the series, and I'm still not sure how I feel about it. The writing and acting are superb. I don't think about what is happening in Afghanistan and Iraq enough.
I would recommend this series to anyone.
