I have a little ray of hope that my 20 + year ankle injury is improving. I've seen a great Physical Therapist twice. I have exercises - up a step, down a step; tip toes, heels; etc. - that I do twice a day, and go in to see the PT twice more for ultrasound therapy. I am on a regular icing regiment - including an insanely painful ice bath the other night that I think might have kick-started some circulation or something. (Foot: "Okay, okay! Just make it stop!")
The ankle and foot are sore, but in a totally new way. And here the best part: the swelling is down.
